Company Mission Statement
Our aim is to fully establish the needs and desires of the individual customer and their assignment. We will then look to recruit personnel for the individual assignment who are capable of meeting and achieving those needs.
Challenger Security therefore looks to recruit the right people for the job and pay the right rate of pay for that job.
By a rigid and enthusiastic application of the right person and right pay policy we firmly believe we will achieve our goal of delivering:
A continuous and measured improvement in the service throughout the contract period.
Commitment to Quality
All of the services delivered by Challenger Security conform to the very rigid standards laid down in BS 7499: Part 1: 1991, that being the British Standard Code of Practice for Static Guarding and Mobile Patrol Services.
Challenger Security also fully supports current moves by the government for formal licensing and legislation of the security industry.
As a result and in addition to the codes of practice set out in BS 7499, Challenger Security adheres to a strict written quality code of practice, which is available for inspection by any prospective customer. It is intended that this set of quality procedures will be more formally adopted as we work toward achieving BS EN ISO 9002: 1994.
Whilst quality is the responsibility of everyone employed by Challenger Security, the directors and senior management readily accept their responsibility to set the right example and to exercise their authority and powers of persuasion to strive for excellence in all areas.
Our Quality Assurance programme is dedicated to:
